LETTERS of INVITATION and VISA LETTERS
For the 2022 International Biometric Conference (IBC2022), the conference organizers will provide a letter of invitation, upon request and by way of the Society's International Business Office (IBO), to delegates with visa applications for travel to Riga, Latvia. However, in order for a personal letter of invitation to be issued, a paid registration to the 2022 IBC must first be submitted.

Also note that the submission of the Visa application, the payment of application fees and the submission of other necessary forms to the local government are the responsibility of the IBC registrant. Responses to requests for Visa letters can take several days or more. We encourage you to request your Visa letter and begin the Visa application process early. If your flight includes a stopover in another country other than a direct flight to Latvia, you may require an additional visa to enter the country. Please remember to check before booking the flight to make sure you have taken all visa-related requirements into account.
