Moses is a Statistician, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Creative Data Analyst, Well Motivated and Creative Public Health expert and Program Quality Improvement Professional with extensive experience in Programming, Data Management, Field Coordination, Data Policy Enforcement. Proven record in simplifying complex data challenges and delivering viable data solution. He is actively engaged in this area for more than seven years where his primary constituencies were data Monitoring and Evaluation, data collection and analysis, information processing and storage, Mapping and Capacity Building and Assessment, Development Plans for CBOs, Treatment, Prevention, Care & Support for People Living with HIV/AIDS, People Affected by AIDS, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Malaria, Tuberculosis, Reproductive Health etc. He has experience working in Public and Private sector but has keen interest in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis care and Treatment, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Leadership, and Project Management.
He has great experiences in Database design and management, Information technology support and also write statistical considerations (statistical hypothesis, methods and sample size justification) and perform statistical analysis of research data. He is proficient in the use of R Programming, SPSS, SAS, Epi Info, DHIS, Ms Excel Programming, WinPepi, DATIM, NOMIS, Latex and Microsoft Access. He has developed and designed monitoring and evaluation Dashboards and training to support research independently and substantial knowledge in planning and implementation of programs in various capacities. He has the experience and the organizational competence and the capacity to implement HIV/AIDS projects, Reproductive Health, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Nutrition and others. He also has expertise in conducting training, and technical capacity development.
He has a strong belief in the SCRUM’s Iterative Development of Deliverable. He was part of the 2016 Non-National Health Sector and 2017 National Health Sector Monitoring and Evaluation Tool review. He is a member of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Working Group (TWG). He currently oversees and provides strategic technical leadership and guidance on Monitoring and Evaluation for AIDS Healthcare Foundation program in Nigeria.
