It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Professor Richard Cormack who has died at the age of 90. Richard pioneered the development of mark-recapture theory for estimating survival and published a number of landmark research papers. His work has had a lasting impact in various fields including ecology, genetics and social sciences. read more
